Sounds like someone's found a unique way to embrace the decade's spirit in... avery literal sense. One can't help but wonder, who decided that this was the best way to reinvent home workouts? It's a far cry from the usual, isn't it? 50 minutes of sheer... aerobic energy, stripped down to the basics, both in attire and exercise form. It's certainly not for the faint-hearted or those easily distracted by the times gone by. As for those eight-minute ab videos, I suppose this is the 'gym class from another dimension', more interested in a full-body experience, or perhaps, a full sensory one. But to call it a 'step up'? Now, that's a matter of personal taste, isn't it?
