It's another sultry day at Skipper's Boatyard Marina and these two girls have decided to mess around with a water fight instead of doing their jobs. It's not long before Jillian and Mary Ann (played by Cleo and Molly) get in trouble with the boss. Jillian is ordered inside and bound tightly to the captain's chair. The Skipper knows a thing or two about knots and can't wait to demonstrate them on both Jillian and Mary Ann.
