The business of getting the cost of raw materials down takes a backseat to getting the employees pants down! First, plant manager Bryan DuFour puts pressure on foreman David LaVal to improve the bottom line. David tops Bryan as his first step towards that goal. Next, Sales Manager Josephe Milano and Marketing Manager Scott Lamber put their heads together to save their jobs. They exhibit true teamwork on the conference room table with Josephe topping Scott.
