A committee of U.S. political leaders have come together to select a candidate for the upcoming presidential election. When one of the members suggests Linda Lovelace, they decide to approach the porn star and request that she be the flag bearer of the newly formed Upright Party. Linda's campaign takes her on a tour of the country with a rag-tag team of strange and wacky people, and hilarity ensues at every stop! But Linda's campaign threatens the political establishment, and her rivals hire The Assassinator to bring her ribald campaign to an end.
